At Irths Beauty, we want every order to arrive safely and become a meaningful part of your self-care routine. Due to the nature of our products, our return policy varies depending on the type of product purchased.

Please review the guidelines below to understand our return and refund process.

Hair, Skin & Body Care Products

Our hair, skincare, and body care products are created with customized branding and packaging. Due to the personal-care nature of these products, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Personal preference

  • Opened or used products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened beauty and body care products cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Hair, Skin & Body Care Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

  • The address where a replacement should be sent (if applicable)

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a refund or replacement.

Because these products include customized branding, labels, and packaging, we cannot accept returns once products have been produced and shipped.


Other Beauty & Self-Care Products

For products that are not personal-care items, we accept return requests for eligible products that are:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective

  • Incorrect items received

  • Missing items from your order

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the problem

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Please do not send back any items before receiving approval from our customer support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds & Replacements

After reviewing your request, we will determine the best resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund to your original payment method

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Opened or used personal-care products

  • Customized or branded products

  • Items purchased incorrectly by the customer
